We have lift off!
We launched our new server farm on 1st June 2007 and we aim to have migrated all our many hosting clients by Autumn 2007. This is a long and difficult task due to the increased security measures we have implemented on our new systems. When migrating websites, we will be meticulously checking the website source code and modifying it where appropriate to meet the requirements of our new system. Each website will be then thoroughly tested for stability before finally being switched over.
We aim to decommission our existing server farm by the end of 2007.
Email migration
Email migration will be completed seperately from, and before, the migration of websites. This is in response to increasing volumes of spam that pervade the internet. Migration of email is much simpler and will be completed in conjunction with our clients. Each client will be talked through new settings, features, policies and procedures.
The future
